Marcus, Regalado & Marcus was established on April 1, 1991. We are family-owned and focus exclusively on representing injured workers. We have over 65 years of combined experience between our four attorneys.
Marc G. Marcus
Mr. Marcus’ practice has been exclusively devoted to the injured workers in Sacramento and surrounding areas since 1976. He is known for his aggressive approach and his tireless fight for the rights of injured workers. He is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation per the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is the past president of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA) and continues to actively serve on a number of committees, including CAAA's Board of Directors and Legislative Committee. Mr. Marcus was named as the 2010 Applicant’s Attorney of the Year by the State Bar of California. In 2013, he was presented with the Eugene Marias Lifetime Achievement Award by the California Applicants' Attorneys Association, the highest honor given by the organization. He is proud to practice alongside his son, Jason Marcus, who joined the firm in 2008.
P. Kim Regalado
Mr. Regalado graduated from McGeorge School of Law and has been representing injured workers in Sacramento and surrounding areas for more than 25 years. He is a member of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association.
Jason M. Marcus
Jason joined the firm in 2008 after obtaining his law degree from McGeorge School of Law. He is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation per the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Like his father, he is dedicated to aggressively fighting for the rights of injured workers. He is a member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association and serves on CAAA's Board of Directors. He is a past president of the Sacramento County Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section. He is active in the workers' compensation community and is a frequent presenter on workers' compensation issues.
Bryan D. Pulley
Bryan Pulley has been with the firm since 2010. Before becoming an attorney he worked as a law clerk for the firm while attending McGeorge School of Law and graduated in 2015. He is a member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association. Bryan plans to become a certified specialist in workers’ compensation. Bryan is dedicated to helping injured workers get the treatment they need and the benefits they are entitled to.
